Q3. Will my subscription auto-renew?
Yes, all subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing cycle. You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime via the App Store or Google Play settings.
Q4: How do I cancel my subscription?
📱 On iOS:Please follow these steps directly on your iPhone (as developers are not authorized to cancel it for you):

-- Find the subscription related to our app.

Q5: How do I request a refund?

Apple handles all refund requests. Follow these steps: https://reportaproblem.apple.com/
--Sign in with your Apple ID.
-- Choose "Request a refund", select a reason, then click Next.
-- Select the item and clickSubmit.
-- Apple typically reviews refunds within 24–48 hours.
🧾 Android Users:Please send us:

🛠 Technical Support
Q1: My image or video generation failed. What should I do?
This may be due to a poor internet connection or high server load. Please try again later or switch to a more stable network. If the issue continues, feel free to contact us.
Q2. My uploaded photo isn’t processing correctly.
Please ensure the image is clear, well-lit, and within the supported file format (e.g. JPG, PNG). Some features may require a human face or specific object for best results.
Q3: The app crashes or freezes. How do I fix it?
Ensure your device has sufficient memory and you are using the latest version of the app. Restart your phone and close background apps. If the issue persists, contact our support team.
Q4: I can't export, download, or save my content.
Please make sure you’ve granted necessary storage permissions and that there’s enough space on your device. Try saving again or reinstall the app.

🔐 Privacy & Data Security
Q1: Are uploaded photos or videos stored on your servers?
We do not store user-generated content longer than necessary. Uploaded media is used only to process the request and is automatically deleted within 7 days after generation unless you provide explicit permission for data training.
Q2: Can anyone see the photos or videos I upload?
No. Your content is not accessible to others. Only authorized systems process uploads, and we follow strict encryption and privacy standards.
Q3: How do I request to delete my personal data?
You can:
Go to the app →Settings → Feedback → Request data deletion, or Email us via the contact in the app’s Privacy Policy. We will process your request as required by law.
Q4: Do you share users’ personal data?
We do not share, rent, or sell your personal data to any third parties. We may use anonymized data for analytics. No personally identifiable content is stored or reused without consent.
Q5: How long are my images stored?
All uploaded files areautomatically deleted within 7 days. You are in full control of your content and may request deletion at any time.
Q6: What should I be aware of before uploading any content?

Yes, you can save or share your creations. You are responsible for any redistribution or commercial use. Ensure your usage complies with our Terms and community standards.
Q8: Is the generated content copyrighted?
You may use generated content for personal use. For commercial use, it is your responsibility to ensure the original input is non-infringing. We do not guarantee that the output is free from all rights.
Q9. Is your app GDPR/CCPA compliant?
Yes, we comply with global privacy standards including GDPR and CCPA. You can manage your privacy preferences anytime via the settings page.
Q10: Some results are strange or inappropriate. What should I do?
Due to the nature of AI, some outputs may appear distorted or inappropriate. Please use the"Report"feature in the app to help us improve. This technology is evolving, and your feedback helps a lot.You’re free to use the app acknowledging the limitations and liabilities included in our Privacy Policy, Terms of Service and Community Guidelines.
